How to use the Aroma Room Essential Oils
Massage – Massage is an ideal way to enjoy aromatherapy. It combines the special properties of pure essential oils with healing touch to create an enjoyable experience where you can truly let go and relax. For home use, a dilution of 2.5% essential oil in a cold-pressed vegetable oil is recommended (i.e. 25 drops added to 50ml of vegetable oil).
Bath – A bath is a wonderful way to relax because of the supportive, soothing qualities of water. Add Aroma Room essential oil synergies and you have a fragrant therapeutic treat which will leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated or relaxed, depending on the blend you choose. Fill a bath to the desired depth and temperature. Add 5 to 10 drops of your favourite blend to a teaspoon of liquid soap or dispersant. Blend well into your bath water just before immersing yourself to obtain maximum benefit.
Vaporiser – Create the atmosphere you desire by adding 10 drops of your favourite essential oil blend to an oil burner or vaporiser. A pleasant way to enhance your home and work environment, or to create the desired mood for any occasion.
